In this workshop, I will present my five step time management system which will guide you through defining your goals and priorities, managing the steps you need to take to make those goals a reality, keeping track of the multitude of commitments competing for your attention every day and balancing all of the demands on your time. I will also present 7 simple and effective techniques for managing multiple priorities in a limited period of time.
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how you are spending your time, where you are wasting your time and how you can use your time more effectively.
